Entries payment system goes live at 10am

Thanks to all the teams who have pre-registered for a place in our next competition which takes place on the weekend of 4-6 October. Pre-registrations have now closed and teams who wish to confirm their place in the event must log in from 10am tomorrow morning (Saturday 14 September) to pay for their entry fee and any T-shirts and other merchandise which they have ordered.

119 teams have pre-registered to take part in the event. It is great to see so many people wanting to take part in what promises to be a fantastic weekend at Strensall military training centre near York. We have space for 100 teams to take part in the competition so unfortunately, not all those teams who have pre-registered will be able to join us.

To confirm your team’s place in the event, log on to the event website from 10am. When you click on your team’s name on the team list page you will find a link to input your password and pay for your team using PayPal’s secure online payments system. You can either use your own PayPal account or a credit or debit card.

Places will be allocated first-come, first-served so log in early if you do still want to take part in the competition. We wish we could take more than 100 teams, but on this occasion that is not possible. Having seen the extra interest in this competition we will be looking at our future event plans in the hope we can design them to take more teams.

Any teams who are not successful in securing a place in the event will remain on our waiting list and places will be offered if any teams withdraw over the next three weeks.

Good luck for tomorrow morning and we will look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the event next month.
