Bigger area for Overnight Challenge

This year’s Apex Overnight Challenge will be using a brand new extended area of Sherwood Pines, bringing even more acres of adventure to this landmark event.

A specially designed new map is to be used, showing all the updated features of this unique forest park. This means that for the first time the competition will be making use of a whole new area of woodland, open ground, ponds, streams and bridges. It paves the way for some great new activities to test teams to the limit.

Already we’re hoping to bring some fresh new challenges to this year’s competition as well as adding new twists to the classic favourites. The new area means there’s plenty of potential to be finding yourself climbing, biking, dangling, bouncing and paddling to collect those crucial Apex points.

More than 250 Explorers and Network members are expected at this national adventure competition. Make sure you’re there – this will definitely be one you won’t want to miss.
