We had a great excuse to party at last October’s Apex Challenge. It was our 10th birthday. But the party was so good we’re throwing another this year complete with a fantastic band that will liven up the night after the big day of the competition has finished.
Bright Young Things are a three-piece group from North Yorkshire who will be playing on Saturday evening in the event marquee. We went to see them perform a couple of weeks ago and were so impressed we booked them there and then!
The band is made up of Josh Goddings, Josh Sutcliffe Parker and Sam Marks. They do a mixture of indie and rock covers.
There’s more about them on their Facebook page. The way we see it, an 11th birthday is even better than a 10th so that’s good enough reason to celebrate. Make sure you don’t miss them!
