To register your team for the next Apex Challenge event please complete this form. Include as many email addresses and mobile numbers for those taking part as possible.

Your place in the event is only confirmed when we receive your cheque to cover your entry fee and T-shirt orders.

Note: Microsoft is currently refusing to deliver emails from the Apex Challenge. We're working with them to resolve this. While we do, if it's possible, please register with an address that is NOT a hotmail or msn one.

You've nearly completed the entry form. Before sending us your details we need to ask you a security question. It is to prove you are a real person and not a computer sending us junk messages through the website.

Please now look back through your details and make sure there are no mistakes. Also double check you've not left any boxes blank which you could fill in. Once that's done you're ready to Join The Adventure...

If for any reason you cannot fill in the online entry form please download a paper entry form (PDF file requires Acrobat Reader). This can be printed out and posted with your cheque made payable to 'Apex Challenge' for £50 plus £5 for each t-shirt ordered to Apex Challenge Entries, 6 Martindale Drive, Bramley, Leeds, LS13 2HB.
