The 2017 Apex Challenge is being held on the Burbage and Houndkirk Moors in the Peak District. While there is plenty of parking available on site for those taking part, we would like to encourage as many teams as possible to car share to cut down on the number of vehicles entering this sensitive area.
The event centre is in a field at Whitelow Farm close to the A625 Sheffield to Calver road (SK 293815). The closest postcode is S17 3AG but please follow the event signs as you approach. You should aim to arrive on site between 6pm and 9.30pm on Friday 6 October.
Arriving by car
If you're following satnav to get to the event use the postcode S17 3AG. This leads to the general area so as you get closer make sure you follow the Apex Challenge roadsigns to guide you in.
After you have arrived
When you have arrived head for event centre. The team there will be able to sign you in and let you know where you can put up your tents.
Arrangements for Sunday
The event finishes by 3.30pm. For any parents picking up team members please follow the direction of the marshals on site for parking and pickup arrangements.
