The 2010 Apex Overnight Challenge is being held at Sherwood Pines Forest Park in Nottinghamshire. While there is plenty of parking available on site for those taking part, we would like to encourage as many teams as possible to car share to cut down on the number of vehicles used.

The Apex Event Centre is next to the Main Visitor Car Park (Grid ref. SK 611636). You should aim to arrive there no earlier than 6:00pm on Saturday 10th April. If you arrive before that time we may not be ready to start signing you in.

Directions:

The event is taking place at Sherwood Pines Forest Park which is on the B6030 between Clipstone and Ollerton. As you get closer to the site car park you should start to see blue signs with red arrows (as illustrated) to guide you.

After you have parked:

Please bring all your kit for the weekend the short distance across the car park in a southerly direction, past the toilets and cafe, and towards the main marquee which acts as Event Centre. This field is also the main camping area and the team inside Event Centre will be able to sign you in and let you know where you can put up your tents.

Arrangements for Sunday:

The event finishes at 11:00am. For any parents picking up team members there is plenty of space in the car park.
